Is FC Tactix really free?
Yes. The Free plan gives you unlimited tactics boards, HD exports in PNG, GIF, and MP4, 3D pitch view, drawing tools, and up to 10 drills. Upgrade when you need longer timelines, player development workflows, planning tools, or AI coaching tools.
What do paid plans include?
Pro adds 14 AI coaching tools, presentation tools, longer animation timelines, 4K exports, unlimited drills and sessions, team management, player development workflows, and player explainers. Club adds everything in Pro plus shared workspaces, role-based access, approval workflows, real-time board collaboration, and included staff seats.
How does billing work?
Choose monthly or yearly billing when starting Pro checkout or activating a Club in Club Hub. After subscribing, you can manage billing through the customer portal provided by Polar.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your tactics, drills, and saved work stay with you, although access to paid-only features depends on your active subscription.
What's included in the Club plan?
Club includes shared workspaces, role-based access control, shared tactic, drill, and session libraries, approval workflows, real-time board collaboration, development overview features, age-band guidance, a 180-second animation timeline, and 5 staff seats. Additional seats are billed separately.
How do I switch from Pro to Club?
Activate a Club from Club Hub with the same account. Your existing tactics stay on your personal workspace, and you can promote any of them into the shared club library when you're ready.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, cancel from the customer portal and you keep paid access until the end of the current billing cycle. After that your account reverts to the Free tier, and your tactics, drills, and sessions stay intact.
Do you offer academy or education discounts?
Yes. Academies, grassroots clubs, and education programs can reach us for a tailored seat price and onboarding. Contact us with a short note about your staff size and age groups and we will send the options.
Can I export my data or delete my account?
All your tactics, drills, and sessions can be exported from the app, and your account can be deleted from the settings page. Deleting the account removes your personal workspace content; content published to the public library is handled on request.
