By accessing or using FC Tactix (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

FC Tactix is a football/soccer tactics board and analysis application that provides interactive 2D and 3D pitch visualization, animation, AI-powered tactical analysis, drill editing, and sharing capabilities. The Service is currently in beta and features may change without notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

You may use the Service without an account (guest mode), but saved content will only be stored locally in your browser.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload malicious content or code
• Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all tactics, drills, and other content you create using the Service. By saving or sharing content, you grant us a limited license to host and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Service: The FC Tactix application, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our Service without permission.

6. Beta Disclaimer

FC Tactix is currently in beta. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time. We do not guarantee uptime, data preservation, or feature availability during the beta period. We recommend exporting important content regularly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FC Tactix and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
